UPDATED: AUG 11, 2003 Foamy lingering head. Very highly carbonated. Strong, tangy odor. Straw colored. Unfortunately, it also tastes like straw. The beer has a bit of sweet/zesty flavor when it first hits your mouth, but it quickly dissipates. An impulse buy at the store - this was a big disappointment. Tecate is better than this. Hell, so is Bud Light. Gah!

Lager like but with a touch more depth. Very refreshing, slips down a treat and you dont notice the 6% strength. Perfect for a summers afternoon in the garden!

25cl on tap at Fischerstub (Strasbourg). Shows a clear golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma is malty and lightly metallic. Average carbonation and light body. Taste is quite tasteless, watery. Overall, a lager with not much peculiar about it.

65cl flip-top bottle. One of my favourite lagers. Pale golden appearence, very pleasing to look at. Great taste with a slight bitter hint on the tongue. A bit astonished about the low ratings here. Give it a try.

A typical example of mainstream, flat and very predictable lager. I cant really assess aroma as it was so insignificant. The head was very short although I poured it gradually to the glass after I sipped a little. The taste was bitter, palate was thin, aftertaste was bitter and sour. I wasted money.

Bottle. Clear gold pour, white head, smallish lacing. Aroma is grainy, light metallic notes. Slightly fruitier flavor, mild malt sweetness, finishes dry. Palate is light bodied and well carbed. Really nothing stands out from this beer, as bland yet inoffensive as they come.

Bottle 0,65l. Pours a golden orange with a tiny amount of stark white soapy head. Not much aroma, some sweet malts. Taste of sweet and lacks hops. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Rating #895, flaske fra Troels.

Gylden l uden skum. Sd mjd-agtig duft med hvede og honning. Smagen lner sig meget op ad deuften og har en let bitter afslutning med en smule alkohol. Bld og cremet i munden.

Looks: Clear blond beer, little saturation, white foamy head that disappears quickly. Aroma: negative, smells like wet cardboard and a little bit medicinal. taste: negative aftertaste. Palate: negative

A bit sweet, maybe too sweet for some. Shared a bottle with 3 people. 1 liked it 1 hated it and I am in the middle. I would say its not that bad as the ratings show it to be.
