Bottle at the Ramm restaurant in Mossingen, Germany. Fast rising carbonation and cloudy appearance with sparse lacing. Pale yellow hue. Malty, banana, spicy and clove aroma. Malty, banana and some spicy flavor. Smooth yet mildly tingly mouthfeel. Light-medium bodied German Hefe.

Unclear hazy medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, rubber, yeast, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, yeast, rubber, fruity, pineapple notes. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111031]

Bottle at Papsø. Clear golden coloured with a small white head. Malty aroma of bananas and caramel. Malty flavour of bananas, spices and caramel. Spicy finish.
