Bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass not too turbid, small head. Starts yeasty-fruity, notes of apple, not too sweet. Finish fine yeasty, not too dry, well balanced, quite drinkable. Not bad!

Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Weak aroma of bread and banana. Sweet bread and grain flavour with banana.

Bottle 330ml. w. swing top @ home.

Hazy - murky matt medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity, banana, yeast. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, yeasty, banana, clove, light dry. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111015]

0.33 l bottle. Hazy deep yellow color. Sweet aroma of ripe banana, clove, pepper and smoke. Sweetish taste with ripe banana, clove, pepper and vanilla. Soft palate. Fairly drinkable.

Swing-top bottle. Sweet orange-banana, clove and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color with large head and moderate effervescence. Sweet orange-banana, clove and light wheat malt flavor. Medium body - okay but not a lot of maltiness.
