Bottle @ Ulfborg, Early Winter Tasting, 2011. Pours clear golden with a small creamy egg white head and lacings. Lively carbonation. A bit of banana , wheat and grain. Medium bodied.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer topped by a dense, two-finger white head head that lasts. Surprisingly high levels of banana aroma, some cloves, grass and a touch of lemon. Smooth, nicely carbonated and medium bodied. The flavor is a bit more bananaish than I would like it, but it’s quite pleasant anyway. Well, too heavy on the banana, but I like it, at least considering it’s a Kristall. 111105
