Bottle from a bottle shop in Germany (think it was Hamburg). Fruity and artificial smell. Similar taste, sweet. A bit artificial. Tastes like most industrial lagers.

Yields a crystal clear, golden color with a big, fluffy white head. Smells of straw, sugared white bread dough and the faintest hoppiness. Well dosed, lively carbonation with a light, very refreshing body to it, drinking perfectly pleasant throughout. Tastes of hay, white bread malts with a bright toffee sweetness to them and a pleasant leaf dryness at the back end. Awesomly build, utmost pleasant drinking and refreshing Helles, with just the right amount of herbal hops to add enough character to the taste, creating a perfect balance.

Bottle 50cl, a clear yellow beer with good head. Nose is on grass, aroma is on dry grain, light caramel, hay, grasy hops, very classic in this german style. Body is medium sweet to low with still a grainy touch, medium bitterness that remains on aftertaste, in the average.

Idiosynkrasie (6303) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JAN 14, 2016
500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly grainy, pale malty aroma, grassy hoppy overtones, cautious spiciness originating from grassy hop and husky malt in equal shares, a very cautious, soapy lemon touch is identifiable as well. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, yeasty doughy, a hoppy lemon dash; minimally bitter and spicy, hoppy finish. Quite simple, but clean, well balanced and refreshing. Definitely on the better half of the style.
