COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The light bodied, golden hued beer has a creamy head that lingers on the glass. Blonde Ale is brewed with a touch of rye malt for a delicate spicy flavor which matches perfectly to the honey sweetness of the pale malt. The delicious malt character is balanced with Tettnanger hops for a gentle bitterness and aromatic finish.

Wonderful aroma. Sour taste. I mean SOUR sour! At first I thought it was just the initial taste was sour, but it lingers something fierce. Not even sure if I can finish the bottle. Did I mention this beer is sour?!

Hazy yellow color with sticky lacing. Mild citrus and bready aroma. Good smooth mouthfeel with a nice creamy finish. Good for warmer weather.

Catching up on old hand written reviews. A bland looking pale yellow body with a bit of a cloudy look. The nose is light and floral with a bit of a citrus and hop forward aroma. The aroma is overall not too impressive. A bit of toasty malt sweetness up front with a crisp malts and a finish of mild hops and atringency. Overall, a very unimaginative and somewhat bland brew.

On tap at Beer Authority. Pours blond with minimal head. SMell sweet honey and malt. Taste slight hoppiness, malt sweetness, slight spice. Nothing mind blowing.

355ml bottle pours a pale golden color with a finger of white head that settles down to a few spots of lacing on the glass. Light bodied with some decent carbonation. Aroma is light fruits and cereal grains with some mild spice and floral notes. Taste is light malty sweetness, lightly fruity and mild hoppy bitterness in the finish. A typical brew for the style, easy drinking, but nothing special.

Pours a nice golden color with a big head. Smell is sweet with a peppery twinge. Pepper blast right up front followed my a mellow hop finish. Not quite what I was expecting from a blonde ale.

2010-06-29. Crisp dark yellow body, modest white head. 3+ Very muted aroma, light pale fruity character, very mild bitterness, touches of biscuity pale malts. 5+ Average plus palate is more full bodied than expected. 3+ Okay but pretty mild. On tap at Fishbowl pub as Organic Blonde, Olympia

12 oz bottle - Texture is very thin. No head to speak of. Golden in color. A little blah all around. I’m not spitting it out, but I’m not rushing out to buy another six-pack either.

The body of this beer is cloudy amber with a big bubble slightly off white head that starts to disappear after a minuet but leaves a good covering over the beer. The aroma is dominated by aggressive fruity hops way to aggressive for the style in my opinion, the aroma is very one dimensional all hops all the time. Watery dish soap mixed with way to much hops is what I taste, hops has taken over this blond ale and not for the better. Even the mouth feel is fairly watery, and the after taste is harshly bitter. When you get right down to it this isn’t really a bad tasting beer, but I believe they have missed the style completely for it, and this isn’t what I was hopping for when I cracked it open
