Hazy light yellow. Basic wit aroma with bonito. Misu soup beer - what the heck? Good balance, actually. You don’t expect the fish to accent a wit, but they did a good job with this one.

This was great blonde ale. Flavor profile and finish were very good. As for the added fish (Bonito Fish) (Mackerel Family) I really did not taste any of the fish that was added to this keg. Glad I tried it.
