UPDATED: JUN 5, 2009 clearish amber hue with a lacy white foamy head. Aroma of caramel malt wheat slight hoppiness. Really liked the flavors matched with the malts in this amber, varied and smooth with a great palate. Very sessionable.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with a lacy pale yellow head. Peachy citrus and caramel aroma. Medium body, a tad watery on the texture. Peach and cookie dough taste Crisp and lightly pine finish. This is actually a pretty interesting amber.

Bottle. Aroma of huge honey, not typical hints of honey you might get in a beer, but rather gooey, straight from the hive, unpasteurized honey. Also some strawberry and sweet cherry are in there on a distant bed of wafer malt. Flavor sweet but crisply sweet with a tart edge, more prominent are the fruits rather than the honey from the nose. Medium-bodied, but not at all watery. Refreshing. Nice beer, and a unique amber.

Considering how hard it is to find distinguishing organic ales, this amber does well. Very very pretty.

Amber pour. Aroma of toasted caramel malts with some light floral hops. Earthy flavors of toasted malt and floral earthy hops in the finish. Light and unobtrusive session ale.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy deep color with a medium off-white head. Aroma is floral with a bit of dough. Somewhat malty tasting, but not overly sweet. This brew shouldn’t scare anyone away, since it is not heavy or bitter. Farly thin mouthfeel. Not a bad amber ale, but not great either.
