Bottle at chow 284. Cloudy deep orange brown. Caramel, sweet malt, brown sugar aroma. Extremely sweet brown sugar, caramel, a mild bite of hoppiness. This is a weird one. , itís watery, but the sugar makes it palatable. Some almond nuttiness.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from bottle. I smell malt, and fruit. Dark a amber, no head to speak of. Sweet malt flavor with lager hops in flavor. I taste cherry, which works well with the malt. Earth and citrus in aftertaste. A bit watery in feel. Pretty good and different.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours clear deep amber with an off-white head, not much lacing. Malts dominate the aroma, slightly sweet grain, honeyed biscuit, and cracker. Also soft hop aromas that are floral, grassy and citrusy. Taste is rye crispbread, grain, a bit peppery, and very light hop flavor (citrus and floral). Light bitterness. Light-medium body, soft, smooth carbonation. A little bland but easy drinking.

4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 20/20
Very smooth, malty amber without much hop bitterness. No real aroma to speak of, but it's a beautiful amber color. I'd be happy to drink this again.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
bitter sweet, med bodied, bit of a soapy mouth feel, but not all that bad. Caramel malts leads nicely into the Hallertauer hops. Short citrusy punch at the end. Aftertaste is honey and caramel. Not a bad beer, but not great. Would be really nice on a hot spring day.

Bomber pours an almost clear amber with small disappearing white head. Aroma is caramel malts and weak hops. Taste is mostly sweet with slight bitterness in the finish. Body is medium with average carbonation and a soapy mouthfeel. OK for an amber, but not one Iíll eagerly try again.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz. bottle. Pours amber with a tight soapy khaki head that settles to a soapy film. Aroma is sweet malt and crystal sugar and faint dulled hops (very very faint). Taste is light bitterness and watery with the sugary malt come into play. Palate is thin and watery with a dry finish. The aroma is the best part of this beer.
