Light bodied and golden, Fish Tale Organic Blonde Ale is a matchless companion to the glories of a Cascadian summer. Brewed with just a schmatering of rye, Organic Blonde sports subtle spicy tones that complement the honey sweetness of its pale malt to a tee. To balance its deliciously delicate malt character, we brew this Organic seasonal ale with Glacier hops. These impart a savory aromatic finish with just the gentlest tang. Whether served with saucy summer barbecue, or as a thirst quencher in its own right, Fish Tale Organic Blonde Ale perfects the sweet leisure of the summer days. Or nights.

12oz bottle 5/23/15 (Courtesy of TerryR)-38° in Shaker-Pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of grass, grains, hay, and honey. Taste of the same with some rye. This light bodied brew is well balanced and quite tasty.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a nice looking hazy golden orange to yellow color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute. There was some light lacing sticking and then sliding down into the beer. The smell had a nice light honey over top of some light spicy Rye backed up by a light breadiness running in and out. The taste was mainly sweet and spicy bringing back the breadiness adequately. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was somewhat sharp but still, good to me and for the style. Overall, I say this was a pretty good beer that I would have again.

some wheat and hay with a bit of fruit. a little one dimensional and that dimension seems light. decent aroma develops in time, it does seem a bit golden but needs a little something else.

12oz bottle. Slightly hazy orange-yellow. Thin white head. Straightforward Blonde, almost has a feel of oats..but I guess it’s the rye. Light to medium bodied, very sessionable. Not a whole lot going on, but a decent enough session beer.

12 oz. bottle. Pours pale gold with a quick tight soapy white head that leaves a wispy film and thin collar. Aroma has grain some yeast and lemon scents and a faint spice. Taste is light citrus and malt with some grain and yeast. Palate is thin a little slick and drying.

Better than average for the style. Pours a pale yellow with a small head. Mild hop aroma with some malt sweetness. Taste has the malt sweetness and a nice balance to refreshing. A little thin but tasty and light for a warm afternoon,

2 ounce bottle - $1.99 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Appearance: Pours out a hazy, dirtied (maybe filthy) blonde-hued body with a small, wispy, whitish head.

Smell: Cereal-scented barley with a faint floral undertones and a odd splash of apple juice.

Taste: Golden barley with a small dose of malty sweetness. Sip of mass-made cider. Not picking up any of the added rye grain. Lightly floral hops, very light bitterness. Sweetish, curiously cidery finish. Dull. Cidery.

Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.

Overall: This one never aspires to be more than a humdrum blonde ale.

Bottle from TW. Honeycomb golden yellow with a small whispy white head. Light nose, subtle lemon and citrus, light grain, but surprisingly inoffensive. Flavor is kind of meh, but still no gross stewed veggies or overcooked grain. Better than the ipa. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
