COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fish Tale IPA is a medium bodied ale with a bright golden color and robust strength. While Pale, Carastan, and Munich malts lend a gentle sweetness and balance to the background palate, this ale is dedicated to complex hop flavor.

355ml bottle. Somewhere between hazy and clear, amber and gold. Soapy, whipped foam on top. Grassy, resinous hop aroma plus caramel maltiness. Tangy orange, hop bitterness. Nice tropical linger. Not a stand-out in any category, but solid stuff all round.

12oz bottle. Poured a relatively clear copper color with a medium sized foamy white head. Aroma was a touch of light sweet malts with plenty of earthy hop notes. Flavor was light hops, sweetness, plenty of earthy notes with a touch of herbal notes in the mix.
