3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Not the best IPA I’ve had, and I’m tired of every other word on the bottle being ’Organic’, as if that was the only good selling point. Otherwise, it had a good hoppy flavor, but nothing special, and no real subtle fruity flavors that I look for in a distinct IPA.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
A nice hoppy and bitter IPA. Malt heavy and also has notes of pine with a good hop bite.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
An average IPA that kind of looks like an Amber Ale with a malty color, but it was very smooth. I had it on tap at California Craft in the Bay Area, CA and I’d probably have it again on tap. Not sure if I would ever get it in the bottle though...

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
"another aerage IPA from Fish. Not bad at all, but very average. The "new hop" Pacific Gem is fairly indistinguishable, and the malt is too much of the flavor. An underhopped IPA. That said, it was enjoable enough, but not one I’d get again."

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: SEP 26, 2014 This is a particularly malty IPA, I think to its detriment. Rather smooth, mellow; a little citrus.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy yellow to orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute. There was some light lacing involving itself around the glass.
The smell had a weird grainy / grassy sort of bitter citrus thing going on.
The taste was mainly the same.
On the palate, this one sat fairly light and did have a decent sessionability about it. The carbonation seemed alright.
Overall, this was a mostly decent AIPA that I probably wouldn’t seek out again.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Overall not a terrible IPA. the flavor is a bit weak and so is the aroma, but the pour is a nice color with a nice head.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours pale orange-gold with a white head. Aroma is pretty solid malt backbone. Grain, biscuit, and caramel. Floral, overripe grapefruit and oranges, a little earthy. Taste is grapefruit, orange, bready malt, earthy, mineral, and medium bitterness. Seltzery carbonation, light-med body, resinous with a dry finish. Overall a pleasant IPA.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear yellow pour with an off white head. Citrusy hop aromas. Mild citrus and fruity hop notes. Good balance with a sturdy malt backbone. Average body and mouthfeel.
