COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Josh's translation of the Spanish description: It has an intense reddish colour. In the production it utilizes pilsner and crystal malts. Hopping is moderate, giving a slight bitterness on the palate. Rojiza is ideal for accompanying red meats. Alcohol between 4 and 4.5%. Ideal serving temperature: between 8C and 10C. The top fermenting yeast are left in the bottle. Our beers have no artificial ingredients. As well, like fine wines, they are not filtered nor pasteurized.
