COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Josh's translation of the Spanish description: Made with pilsner malts, and toasted malts to obtain its dark colour. We advise drinking this beer at a temperature between 6C and 12C. It especially accompanies fish and shellfish. The temperature of the water is the basis for a great beer. The top fermentating yeast are left in the bottle. Our beers have no artificial ingredients. As well, like fine wines, they are not filtered or pasteurized.
