Pours a murky dark amber brown, with a good inch of sudsy tan foam. Decent lacing, very good head retention. A little banana yeasty aroma, not a whole lot. Interesting earthy grainy aroma in there too. Complex wheat flavors - dry and tart, sweet and bready, a little nutty, some huskiness, some caramel. Starts out medium bodied and mellow, finishes on the lighter side. Unobtrusive carbonation.

Brown Coloring with Sandy Ring. Wheat and Coriander Aroma. Tons of Wheat on the Tongue..Lightly Toasted Fruit Notes in the Background. Followed by a Dry Wheat, But Tart Aftertaste. Medium Mouthfeel Througout. From Beginning to End a Thorougly Wheaty Beer.

Looks like a mix of black and gold color with a thin head. Aroma of musty bananas. A little more banana in the taste, mixed with wheat and a bit of malt. Unfortunately, it was a bit watered down and left me wanting something a bit beefier out of it. It’s still good, though.

Deep brown, very murky, like a settled mud puddle or a raging Northshore stream in the spring runoff. Color of amber burnt sienna, topped with a 2 finger head of fading espresso foam head. Deep complex wheat aroma, with nuts, lemon, coriander and avocado; somewhat weak, unfortunately. Flavor starts very watery, but grows slightly to a full and dark rich wheatness. Tart and a little sour. Not many esters or strong fruit notes, like I would expect. Finish is very crisp and clean, but not appealing. Sugar on the back end. Aftertaste of slight roasted brazil nuts and sour pears. A little too sour and a little too bland and watery too be an astounding wheat.
