ABR 2008. I thought this was really good, even if it was overshadowed by the 2008 Cherry Batch. Aroma has malt and some fruit. Flavor is lightly sweet malt with real cherry flavor, just a little sour. Some grain. It reminds me of Bells Cherry Stout, which i also enjoy.

Autumn Brew Review 2008. Black color with no head. Moderate cherry aroma, along with ample chocolate and a bit of soy sauce. Lightly tart cherry flavor up front, giving way to a sweet oatmeal and roast base. As a cherry flavored stout, pretty solid.
