COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Vienna style German lager. Long lagering gives this malty fall lager a warming and clean flavor sure to please the Pre-Ocktoberfest crowd.

Pours a clear amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma is malty with hints of flowery hops and caramel. Flavor is malt, caramel, and light floral hops. Medium body with light to medium carbonation. Pretty good brew overall.

Skyview (4880) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - DEC 28, 2007
Sampled during ABR ’07 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Pours a clear coppery amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind a fine film and white ring. Aroma of sweet caramel malt, some flowery hops and a touch of toffee. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonation with a sweet caramel flavor over all. Finish is semi-sweet some flowery hops for aroma and taste and no bitterness in this finish.

ABR 2007. Orange color with roasted malt on the aroma. Similar flavor with a dry finish.

A good Vienna. Roasted malt in the flavor and aroma, and no perceivable hop presence which is fine in this style. Malt is medium sweet with a slightly dry finish. Copper color.
