COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our German style pils with all German malt and hallertauer and spalt hops. Lagered for 10 weeks after a 16 day fermentation. Clean malt notes with balanced hopping.

Draft Winterfest. A wonderful example of a German Pils. Glowing, sun-dripped dandelion yellow topped by a cloudlike white head. Fresh bread, cut grass, floral bouquet. Wonderfully pleasant. Taste follows suit. Perfectly bitter. Earthy, grassy, floral. Ultra-clean and crisp. Medium to low carbonation but the bubbles dance across the tongue. Lengthy, herbal, grassy finish. Top-notch brew from the best brewpub in MN. Lovely.
