Hops: Columbus, Sterling, Atanum, Cascade, Citra, Galaxy
Our North Shore style IPA is hop forward, middle, and finish. Big broad hop aromas in the nose yield citrus and grassy notes from All American hops with a rich bready malt middle. A bit of a green citrus finish that will linger just a bit. New Zealand and American hops.

Growler sample shared with oakbluff. Pale copper in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of both tropical and citrus fruit, along with pale malt and green herbs. It’s a similar story in the mouth, with the fruity (specifically pineapple, papaya, and pink grapefruit) hops blending seamlessly with the pale malts. Medium bodied with a much cleaner bitterness than the El Nino. Could have pushed the hop flavour a little more, but there’s really not much to complain about here. It’s quite good.
