Pours a hazy peach amber color, with half an inch of soft white foam. The head dies back to a cap, but somehow it leaves fantastic thick lacing. Quite an effervescent looking beer. Mild apricot and slight alcohol in the aroma. This beer is quite smooth, definately on the sweet side at first, with a soft honeymalt and even a candi sugar character. Then it slips into a drier beer, with tart orange, alcohol, and hop bitterness. The initial hop bitterness is somewhat herbal and piney. In the finish, the hop presence is more peppery like Saaz. Interesting. And even after a couple glasses, this beer reminds me of a Belgian tripel. With smooth clean lager yeast. And a pronounced hop bitterness.

Cloudy Yellow Coloring with White Ring, Light Skin. Coriander and Wheaty Aroma. Alcohol Not Noticeable.. Very Dry Pils with a Coriander, Yeasty Ending. Characterisitically Like a Wit with Pils Grain and Hops. Crazy Hoops! Nice.
