UPDATED: DEC 12, 2003 Pretty nice hoppy aroma, very pale and clear. Quite lean malt flavour but has a kind of sour tang which I didn't really like. I've had this before and quite enjoyed it but this time it didn't really impress. Definitely biting Little Creatures but there's a lot worse things to copy. Postscript: had it again and it was the most grapefruity tasting beer I've ever had - unbelievable. I guess having a sourish finish makes the grapefruit experience more authentic. 12-Nov05 (Scottish Chiefs Brewery) - Slight fruity hop aroma. Clear yellow colour, lowish head and good sheet lacing. Light fruit and hoppy flavour. Big bitter hop finish, but a bit thin.

Hop spicy aroma with floral undertones. Clear yellow colour with fair head and lacing. Fizzy palate.

not that great but at least they’re trying. better than drinking vb. slight traces of bitter fruityness and there’s a bit of yeasty hoppish aftertaste. pretty bland overall. its on tap in melburne- in a cool pub called the labour in vain.

Sampled AIBA 2004. Not as dark a colour nor as bitter as other APA’s I’ve had. Like an APA lite.

Tropical fruit/floral aroma: banana, papaya with a fresh acidic cleanliness that wears off towards the end of the glass, to be just a little dull.

I only appreciate this one as a woman. However, there was a little too much chicken salty taste though for me. I'll take that on board and get back to you. It's trying to be a skuller.

poor cousin to little creatures. mild cascadey aroma. quite sweet but a little thin and with a bland finish. but sure beats VB
