Aroma: High hops, fruity, guava, passion fruit. Medium maltiness, citrus, Appearance: Medium-high clarity, dark gold body. Medium off-white head. Good retention. Flavour: High bitterness initially. Medium sweetness. Lingering bitterness.fruity, guava, pear. Biscuit. grassy, Palate: medium-light body. Creamy carbonation. Dry finish. Overall: Enjoyable to those who like APA. but I would be careful about giving this to a noob; the bitterness might turn them off. 330 ml bottle, poured. Thanks Andre. 10A. American Pale Ale

Bottled 24/02/14. Pours a slightly cloudy amber with a white head - a little lifeless, maybe. Aroma has a light veg, and a light bbq meatiness too... Also caramel and candy. Light body, medium carbonation. Light, refreshing, grassy, with a bit of pine. It’s dry, woody, nice solid bitterness. Tasty.

330ml bottle from Valhalla’s Goat, Glasgow - golden amber with a marginal haze, mellow green hop aroma, no lacing, dry hoppy flavour, carbonation on the high side, not overly hopped

Clear sternly golden, slight ringed head. Straw and gummy hops, lukewarm lime. Initial taste of straw lemon, mooching bit of malt. Finger licking good hop presence, on the money bitterness. Decent carbonation lets things sail past at a comfortable pace. Big resonating flavour for the ABV, without getting ahead of itself for a thyme and lime juicy finis. White marshmallow dryness to the linger. I smashed this bottle inside 15 minutes, great stuff.

330ml bottle from Great Grog, shared with jeevan. Pours hazy gold, thick white head. Strange funky, catty aroma. Some light malt. Taste has more tropical fruit, but a bit of an odd one this. Very dry. Hmmm.
