Jul 14, 2007 Unique hay and bourbon aroma, well balanced. Piss colored, viscous pour, thin head, some glass coating. Ordinary malt flavor, even balance of corn and barley. Weak finish of hay. Leaves a film on the palate and tongue. Severely lacking in hops.

Jul 3, 2007 Bottle; aroma of sweet corn and bread. Dullish gold with a small white head. Light bodied, with a nice palate. Some astringency. Flavor of bread, caramel, corn, and a mild hop finish. Good for the style.

Jun 10, 2007 Bottle.I found this at a shop in Tarpon Springs.They had a few Greek beers.This was the only one I didn’t recognize.Sweet malty aroma.Sweet flavor with little hops bitterness.Different than what I expected.Not bad.

Oct 11, 2006 (12oz bottle) Clear straw body with medium off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, corn, grassy/herbal, light cereal. Taste is medium sweet, caramel/bread, light grassy/herbal. Watery light body with some crispness.
