Discutibilissima lager un po’ luppolata dell’universo birrario greco; comprata al supermercato sull’Istmo di Corinto e bevuta in albergo insieme a due allegri sodali: noiosissima.

(Canned, thanks Tomppa!) Clear, pale golden with a smallish, quite tight, partly lasting head with some lace. Slightly sour-acidic and vegetably aroma with a caramely-toffeeish feel (actually not as bad as it sounds). Toffee-malty, mildly acidic flavor with a mildly bitter finish. Light to medium-bodied palate with balanced carbonation. Not that bad, as it has even some flavors and aromas (not all of which are that pleasant, though).

Can. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of malt and hops.

sampled in Kos - very clear golden colour with a little chaotic but persistent head; nice lace; a light but pleasant aromatic hoppiness caresses the nose; slightly grapefruity; medium-bodied (at best), quite sweet and with a subtle carbonation; finishes moderately malty with more hoppy touches - clean and easy but quite good considering greek standards

Watery, but malte is evident. Metallic end.................................Aguada, mas o malte é evidente. Final metálico.

[316-20070514] Tap @ Geros tou Moria (Athens). Light plastic, light wet dog, bittersweet aroma with hints of apple. Clear, light yellow body with lots of side bubbles and a quick bubbly white head. Funny initial plastic flavour goes away, yeasty, sweet aftertaste, hints of appley fruit. Light body. Quite pleasant on a rooftop patio underneath the Acropolis, but I wouldn’t take it home with me.

Bottle. Pours yellow with a white head. Sweetish aroma with notes of cereals and hay. Remote milky notes which grow stronger as it warms. Flavour is sweetish with plastic notes. Cereals. Bitter finish. 02-06-07.

Can. Pale golden with a small white head. A bit malty aroma, with sweetness and grain. Fruit, apples and malt in the flavor. Thin body. Typical Mediterranean lager. (060829)

Another mass produced lager. Very light maltiness,no hoppiness, no lacing with off white head. Sweet short finish.
