October 2008: 33cl Can purchased in Crete with the sole purpose of reviewing it. The third beer in my ’Drinking lager from around the World evening’. Poured into a Duvel glass. Very, very pale, a golden straw colour with a fine white foaming head at first. It just looks week, it’s too pale. Weird smell, cooking apples and hay? Dry nothingness in the taste, a true lawnmower, feet up in the sun throwing beer. Watery, soul less and boring. There are some decent lagers brewed along side the Mediteranean Sea, but this ain’t one of them.

Bottle. Pours a golden body, with a low white head that diminishes in a few seconds. Grainy and hoppy aroma, maybe a little skunky too. Bitterness and hoppiness in taste. Thin body, watery texture. Nothing special. Only slightly better than the other macro-brews.
