Much better than the other widely available lagers in Greece , quite a clean taste, not too sweet or malty.

Pours gold from the bottle with a white crown that fizzes away. Weak malt aroma. Taste is lightly sweet with hints of sourness. No real bitterness. Faint floral and sour apple notes in the finish. Nothing grabs the attention here. Drinkable enough, but no reason to buy another.

Bottle on Lesbos. A rather boring macro lager, but at least not with off tastes. Watery and thin, okay carbonation. Sweet-ish, not quite refreshing. Drinkable.

0,33 l from a Lidl brought by my wife proud home. Clear golden in the glass, fast leaving white head. Low grainy on the nose. Tast starts grassy, some malt, smooth. Metallic in the second part. Low bitterness. Thin stuff.

On can in Crete, served ice cold. Golden color, good foam. Low aroma intensity; boiled vegetables, some malt. Light body & complexity. Feels crisp and refreshing on this beatiful summer day. I don't wanna ruin it by letting it heat up. Better then expected ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From the bottle poured into white wine glass. Skunky Lager nose, malty, wett hay... Not more. Taste is light bitter, watery, malty. Finish is light bitter hops but only faint. Meh..

UPDATED: MAY 14, 2016 Tiefgoldene Farbe.

Nice refreshing beer but nothing special. Probably best drunk on a Greek beach after a lazy day in the sun rather than at home. Nose is pretty tinny and cardboardy. Taste is surprisingly sweet, like a boiled sweet, with only a hint of hoppiness. But the aftertaste is quite satisfying with a nice maltiness which belies the light golden colour. Probably 3.5 rating if I was in Greece with a plate of fresh fish :) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden colour with no head. Soft texture, quite easy to drink. Light , sweet malts. Fairly fresh and pleasant for a lager.
