Amber with white head. Aroma of caramel and orange. Flavor of malt and toffee. Hint of dry roasted malt.

May 21, 2008 (bottle, courtesy of Papsoe) Hazy, amber colour with a mid-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty, moderately sweet and slightly toasty malt aroma with strong and spicy phenolic notes. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, rather slim body feel, crispy mouthfeel. Toast-malty, yeasty and fruity taste with a light hops character; yeasty and malty, slightly bitter finish with a tinge of tart sourness (21.05.08).

Mar 20, 2008 Bottle. Cloudy amber colour with a nice head. Aroma of citrus, yeast and caramel. Flavour of malt, munich and yeast. Maybee a hints of sourness. Ends up with a notes of overriped fruit and berries.

Jan 14, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Slightly hazy, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Lightly fruity, caramellish nose. Medium-bodied with lightly sweet caramel and fruit - berries? Ends with a discreet bitterness. Not exactly thrilling, but I guess this is the best from Fjorden so far. 110108
