(swing top bottle, with special thanks to quack-duck !) Hazy, reddish-amber colour with a small foamy, off-white head. Dusty, slightly sweet malty, toasty aroma with a distinctive fruity note of dark and red berries and whiff of spicy hops. Light-sweet flavour, slightly toasty malty taste with that quite intense and not really disturbing, even pleasant fruit-character (which is more or less inappropriate to the style of course); medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. The finish is slightly toasty, malty, slightly bitter and fruit-accented. All in all a pretty drinkable brew, but that heavy fruitiness is not that what I expect from a solid dark Bock.

bottled and on tap at the brewery. Dark colour, large head. Malty, hints of roasted malt and caramel, slightly fruity. I rella enjoyed this.
