Cask at The Moon Under Water (JDW), Watford on 24 March 2013. Poured a lightly hazy golden, with a dense white head and good lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, apricots and some nuttiness. Juicy fruit flavours, with some hay and light grassy hop bitterness. Finish was biscuity malt, brown sugar and balanced resin. Good golden.

On cask at wagon works, jdw, eastleigh. Pours amber with off white head. The spiced nature of this beer gives it a wheat beeresque flavour. Pleasant but not sessionable.

Cask at the Hamilton Hall, JDW, London. Pours clear, yellowy-gold with a thick, foamy white head. Aroma holds some pleasing peach, orange and mango. Light to medium sweet flavor, with apricot and peach, light bitter hay, pale malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Fair condition. Sweet finish with plenty of sweet, juicy fruits, citrus. Decent.

DruncanVeasey (7134) - NUNEATON, Top 13, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2013
Handpull, The Felix, Nuneaton, 26/02/13. Resolving copper with a thick cream collar. Unusual Turkish delight, jellied, spiced aroma. Sweet coriander-like perfume; Hovis biscuit dunks, top condition, yeast, definite spicing; cinnamon, black pepper citrus, clove? Mulled-up but retaining it’s drinkability. Good.
