Medium brown color. Small head. Aroma is malts with a hint of orange. Very nice effect. A medium bodied ESB. Malts are nutty with hint of orange peel. Hops are citrusy and spicy. A well balanced ESB, toward the bitter hoppy side. Hoppy and spicy and very smooth. Aftertaste is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter

A nice floral hop aroma. Taste is easy drinking and smooth. Quite tasty, and a bit reminiscent of a pale ale, this is an excellent ESB and a great beer.

light copper color, lots of lacing. Nose of bourbon, metallic burnt wood and sour lemons. light lemon and wheat flavor up front, oddly enougfh. biting bitterness of the hops grabs you mid-drink. A little caramel in the finish.

Super nice look ... the way all beers should appeal to the eye ... super active and bubbly with a powerful focky head. Hoppy aroma, with a fruit-salad/hop flourish, but an odd sour finish.

Amber to light copper in color with a nice initial head, very good lacing. The aroma is citrus hops, fruity notes, and an earthy malt base. The flavor was earthy malts, herbal aspects, fruity esters, only faint toffee, some caramel, and a balanced hoppy finish (although citrus was more prominent than anything floral). Mouthfeel was moderate, on par for the style, maybe a little hearty / chewy.

On tap @ FBC. Crystal clear burnt orange/fiery amber body with good carbonation that produces a solid ivory head. Delicate lacing clung to the glass. Flavor is caramel, fruit, and honey covered buttermilk biscuit. Aroma is quite fruity and sweet. Pretty damn good beer.

Amber pour, offwhite head. Aroma is loaded with some dank hops, caramel, bready notes. Flavor follows suit, caramel, hops, bitter finish. Ok.

Clear reddish golden with a fizzy white head. Faint malty aroma. Tastes of toasted cereal grain oats and lactose with an earthy finish and a soft palate. Light bitterness throughout.

hazy reddish amber with a thin whitish head. smells like dirt... i’m starting to see a trend in hopping. might be the hippies though. floral nose mixes with earth, spicy hops, caramel and orange peels. the flavor is a richer version of the same with a little bit of astringency on a dry finish. the body is medium though it feels a bit thicker than the typical esb. 6.5/4/6.5/3/14/3.4

draft at the brewpub - Pours copper with a lingering head that leaves excellent lacing. It smells of fruity, bready malt. The flavor is moderately hopped with a touch of fruit. It finishes dry and bitter.
