This one is amber in color with an off-white head. Smells of bread and toasted malt with a bit of pine and floral hop character. There is a touch of citrus peel, too. A very light fruitiness and citrus flavor with quite a bit of toast and bread sweetness. The bitterness is a bit more pronounced than expected with pine hop flavors coming through strongly.

Light brown coloured beer with some very light carbonation with a very short white head. Bitter touched hoppy aroma. Medium to full palate. Finish is light bitter and wattery hoppy hinted. Rather short dry bitter ending but misses some character. Nevertheless my favorite brew at Flagstaff.

hazy reddish amber with a thin whitish head.
smells like dirt... i’m starting to see a trend in hopping. might be the hippies though. floral nose mixes with earth, spicy hops, caramel and orange peels.
the flavor is a richer version of the same with a little bit of astringency on a dry finish.
the body is medium though it feels a bit thicker than the typical esb. 6.5/4/6.5/3/14/3.4

A dark amber pour with off white head and lace. Caramel malt and a hint of sour, and earthy hops. Caramel malt and the same hint of sour followed by a very light bitter and a yeastiness. Medium bodied with aggressive carbonation. This day was not this beers best day.

On tap @ FBC. Crystal clear burnt orange/fiery amber body with good carbonation that produces a solid ivory head. Delicate lacing clung to the glass. Flavor is caramel, fruit, and honey covered buttermilk biscuit. Aroma is quite fruity and sweet. Pretty damn good beer.

draft at the brewpub - Pours copper with a lingering head that leaves excellent lacing. It smells of fruity, bready malt. The flavor is moderately hopped with a touch of fruit. It finishes dry and bitter.
