Bottle shared by Björn A thanks. Lasting white head. Clear solid light amber color. Mild caramell aroma. Well fermented to give a dry finnish. Mild bitterness.

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy amber beer with huge head but low retention. Nose is fruity and a bit spicy like. Aroma is on cloves and Cinnamon, sweet, medium malty, vanilla and caramel touch, ok but again too spicy.

20/II/2012 33cl bottle @ Monk’s Café (Lille) - BB: XII/12 (2012-148) Thanks to Franck for the beer!

Clear ruby red beer, big beige head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet caramel, ripe to overripe fruits, plums, hint of mocha. MF: good carbon, medium body. Taste: little sweet, caramel, malty, bit of mocha, chocolate. Aftertaste: some overripe fruits, bit of citrus, some mocha and a nice bitter hoppy finish.
