Race weekend! Bitter IPA with citrus taste. Not too hoppy and pretty smooth. Will get again when around Indiana again.

This is one hoppy bastard! Cloudy golden color with an orange peel smell.Hop grapefruit taste with strong pine on the back that lingers for a few seconds! If you like hoppy try this.

Sample from a 12oz bottle, at DLD 2013. Mostly hazy golden orange color. Good thin white head. Lots of particles in the body. Dots of lace. Medium-plus body. Good lightly dry carbonation. Good smooth lightly dry texture. Citrus nose, kind of rindy. Bitter taste. Lightly zesty. Little spicy hop. Mostly bitter taste. Big flavor for the 6%... Solid IPA

Bleh...tasted like it didn’t finish fermenting. Hops weren’t balanced or distinguishable, and didn’t dry out at the finish. Many, many better IPAs out there.

Poured into a shaker from a 12 oz bottle. A clear orange yellow in the glass with a moderately persistent white, 2 cm head. The aroma is resinous, spicy, more piney than citrusy. The taste is a balanced, multidimensional bitterness backed by just enough sweetness to create a medium body. I’ll have another, thanks.

Pours a slightly hazy gold with a thick white head...light sediment throughout...nice retention. Aroma has light citrus rind...very faint aroma. Flavor has some citrus rind and faint fruit...very herbal in the back end. Mouthfeel is light and very lively with a piney/resinous/herbal and bitter dry finish. Not a bad beer but not a good IPA either for my tastes.

Poured out of a bottle, has a golden amber clear hue with a small but consistent head. The aroma is very fruity /citrusy and the taste is has an earthy hop feel, with a bitter finish. Tasty.

12oz bottle from StFun. Thanks! Pours a lightly cloudy light orange with a finger of thick white head. Aroma of sweet citrus and tropical fruits. Taste is light bitter. A little pine with grapefruit and other citrus. Light bodied with a relatively slick texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, really good. I would gladly drink this one again. Thanks a lot.

For better or worse, this one reminded me of Avery IPA - Very assertive bitterness, but also a weird astringency that get more tedious the more you drink it. I really liked it at first - lots citrus, nicely earthy and steel flavors, too. It seemed to get more astringent as it warms. Nice for an occasional IPA, but wouldn’t be my go-to.

Pours mostly clear deep gold wit a generous white head.
Citrus and pine aroma.
The flavor is assertive bitterness with enough malt support to make this one a very nice IPA. Long bitter finish.
