4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured out of a bottle, has a golden amber clear hue with a small but consistent head. The aroma is very fruity /citrusy and the taste is has an earthy hop feel, with a bitter finish. Tasty.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 19/20
Pours a clears light amber with a pretty nice white head. Aromas of grassy and citrus hops. Really nice aroma, in fact. Taste is a very nice citrus bomb, very chewy tropical fruits. Not sweet or cloying at all... Just pure juicy fruit goodness. Very long, dry, bitter finish. The fact that this beer is very juicy without being stupid sweet with crystal malt makes this beer great. My goodness, what a long finish. This beer is top fucking notch. Beautiful.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a dirty murky copper orange with a fluffy white head. Aggressive nose of pine and orange zest with some crusty bread character. A bit over the top with the hops. Crazy citrus and piny flavor with a long lasting bitter finish. Medium body and oily. Certainly one of the top beer made in Indiana.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Ar: Lots of resin, very pure hop aroma - pine, lemon, and mint.
Ap: Light amber, crystal clear - medium-large white head with great retention and a meringue cap of foam.
T: Bright burst of hop flavor up front, character is lemon, pine, moss, and mint - high and very pointed bitterness, very clean and direct - a background clean malty sweetness with a touch of caramel - lemon and pine hop flavor in the finish.
P: Medium body, high carbonation - finish is dry.
O: Wow, what wonderful IPA - it just shouts "freshness," with lots of hop flavor and aroma and a real punch of clean bitterness!

Flat 12 is no joke. These guys are really onto something here. The Half Cycle IPA is another hopped up beer that is bold but balanced. Pour is darkish copper gold but textured right. Not too thick or obscenely sticky. Lovely nose. Could smell this all day. Hops, earth, spice, rich malt. It’s all there. Complex as hell. Rolls on and on and on. Nice palate. Refreshing. Fresh clean bitter yummy finish. Bingo!

12oz bottle from StFun. Thanks! Pours a lightly cloudy light orange with a finger of thick white head. Aroma of sweet citrus and tropical fruits. Taste is light bitter. A little pine with grapefruit and other citrus. Light bodied with a relatively slick texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, really good. I would gladly drink this one again. Thanks a lot.

Tap. Strong pine hops and light malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color with small head. Slightly sweet orange malt flavor initially followed by a strong bitter pin hops finish. Tasty.

tap at the brewery - Pours copper-gold and a small lingering head. Holy pine, batman! That’s how I’d describe the aroma. I promptly asked and was told that this brew is a single hop beer using summit hops. The flavor has huge hops with lots of pine and some subtle citrus tones. There’s enough malt to hold it up. Medium bodied, this brew finishes with long, lingering bitterness. This one was my favorite brew of the ten samples.

Solid copper color with a three finger white head that leaves some spotty lacing around my tulip.
Amazing aromas burst from this. Dank, resiny, pine driven hops that lead into some tropical and citrus notes. A light biscuity, bready malt lies underneath with only a hint of toffee.
Considering the IBU to ABV ratio this is very nicely balanced and highly quaffable. The middle show very bready, toffee driven malts that than turn to that thick, piney, resiny, oily hop flavor and bitterness on the finish. Some lemon zest, mango, and pineapple with some grassy herbal qualities show as well. This is from a growler of about a week old. Mouth is only slightly thin. However I had this at the tasting room and was much more creamy and full in mouthfeel so take that for what its worth.
