A rounded, sweet, chocolatey stout that has a pleasant mouthfeel and is easily drinkable.

Tap at source: Pours black with a short, dark tan head. Scent is chocolate and cream. Taste is rich coffee, roast, chocolate....... Silky lactic notes. Wonderful creaminess......wonderful stuff.

Very solid milk stout, not too bitter but not too sweet, a goldilocks stout. Pretty pour with a jet black body and a creamy, mocha head that laces the side of the glass. No aroma to speak of but a really nice taste. The creamy, milky chocolate hits you first but settles nicely with a roasty finish. Pretty much rates like a dark chocolate candy bar. Love to buy local and this beer is solid.

On tap pours opaque black with a small tan head. Not much carbonation. Creamy vanilla taste. Heavy body that makes for a heavy beer.

On tap at End of the Line, Indy. Almost totally black pour, with some faint carbonation and a heavy-ass looking head. Nose of straight chocolate malts and lacto additions, which I reckon is as it should be. Body was heavy and creamy, just shy of too much so. But I can’t complain about something that’s done well to style. Slight notes of bitter hops to balance in the taste. Solid.

This draft brew from a beer festival poured a head of frothy medium sized bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a semi-opaque dark ruby red brown colored body and a poor lacing. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of roasted malt and brown malt. Not one that I would likely drink again.

This is a very interesting beer. I've never had a milk stout, so I'm not familiar with how they should taste, but this is enjoyable. It's very smooth with dark chocolate and coffee flavors. In some ways it's a bit too sweet at times, especially in the finish.

On tap. Poured beautifully on nitrogen. Black with a nice, thick head. Flavor is a bit restrained. I didn’t detect anything but some moderate roastiness and some lacto sweetness. Very smooth finish. Easy drinking. Not bad.

Tap at source. Chocolate malt and light smoky aroma. Dark black color with small brown head. Sweet milk chocolate malt and lightly bitter herbal hops flavor. Very nice.

Draft at brewpub. Poured a black color with a medium off-white creamy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Medium toasted chocolate malt aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texturearbonation. Medium toasted milk sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of average duration. Good drinkable brew.
