Draft. Dark gold/amber pour, small head, some retention/lace. Aroma is light citrus, caramel. Taste is quite malty, moderately bitter, pine/resin/citrus hops. Palate is soft, a bit syrupy, bitter finish.

Cloudy dark brown with 1 finger dense white head. Smells like aged bigfoot, lots of toffee, a bit of hops. Taste is similar, big and malty, some toffee notes with a slightly bitter finish. Finish is a bit hollow. Strange beer, and not what I was expecting, but not bad at all.

Bottle from StFun. Thanks! A toasted caramel malt, brown sugar, and resinous hop mix comprise of the scent. It looks murky brown with a small khaki head on top. Sweet and sticky caramel malt upfront before drying out some in the finish. Low-moderate bitterness accompanied by mostly resinous hop flavors. A fairly straightforward resin-caramel combo here with a syrupy and fairly heavy body. Just okay.

Bottle pour. Amazing juniper tones! I love the mild, dank, carmel malts that overide this hop bomb! What a delight!

Im glad to see a nice local IPA. This beer has a nice hop profile which comes out in the aroma first and follows through to the flavor. The IBUs mask the 9% alcohol really well.

Draft to taster. Looks solid; a transparent malty orange with foamy off-white head. Smells solid; not as hoppy as Id hoped it would though. It has a medium-bodied pale malt backbone. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Too much malt and not enough hops.

Draft. Poured clear copper color with a large frothy white head that was mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Medium to heavy complex hop and alcohol aroma. Medium to abundant body with slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy smooth bitter flavor with a medium to heavy bitter finish of moderate to long duration. This is a solid beer.

A little too malty for my liking. Poured amber. Hops were too hidden for a DIPA. A little disappointed.

On draft at Twenty Tap in Indianapolis. Pours a a clear copper with an off white head. Fruity hop nose. Flavors of citrus and pine resin. Viscous mouthfeel. Bitter finish.

Draft. Golden body with a frothy white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, resin, citrus, toasted grain with a hint of dusty grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately to heavily bitter. Medium to full body, velvety texture, soft carbonation. Bitterness overpowers citrus and orange tastes. Taste of resin/pine lingers with the bitterness.

Tastes like a slightly maltier version of Half Cycle, with a very alcoholic finish.
