COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Not your basic IPA brew. We used 40% wheat malt along with 60% malted barley to influence the overall malt character. In addition, a portion of the wheat malt is roasted, thus contributing color and a somewhat bready flavor. Hopping used Mt Ranier, Citra, and Chinook hops along with a small dry hop add in the serving tank. The ABV is 5.8% and hop bitterness is 22.8 BU’s.
