COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Flat Earth Pale Ale is a Belgian pale ale. Inspired by beers like Orval and Rare Vos. Made with imported Belgian malt and a Belgian yeast strain. Our Belgian pale ale has a sweet malt aroma with traces of orange, plum and pear. Its complex malt backbone of biscuit and hints of toast to compliment the spiciness of the yeast. We hope you enjoy the fresh "Belgian" beer.

Bottled. Dark golden coloured. Unclear. Light beige dense head. Earth and woody nose. Sweetness and fruits with a touch of sourness and yeast. Flavour is sweet with a light herbal sourness. Some fruits notable. Medium bodied. Ends on a light sour fruitnote.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of Skyview. Pours an almost clear golden with a dense white head leaving laces. Aroma of tart fruit with a whiff of Brett. Light body, dry fruitiness and again discreet but pleasant Brett accents. Heavy carbonation. Dry and lightly sulphurous finish. Pleasant alright. 130909

Every flat earth brew I’ve had up to this point have been a major dissapointment. This one easily is the best i’ve had. Cloudy copper with a fizzy white head. A slight grassy ale nose with some hops to the flavor. Nothing special by any means.

Refreshing. Slightly malty. Slightly fruity IPA. Picked up in MN and forgot to drink it for a month or two. Decent all around.

A gusher...nose is nice wheat, hay and a nice yeasty mustiness. Flavor is heavy vegetal maltiness with a lot of sweetness and an overrriding babyfood taste. The Malt asaults on the palate and very little bitter/spicy/sour to balance. Cold, it’s OK, as it warms, the sweetness and vegetable profile is overwhelming.

Cloudy, golden yellow on the pour with a 1 inch head. Good carbonation holds the head. Wheaty, grassy aroma, thats not real strong. Flavor is mild, sweet, belgian yeast, and a little honey. Mouthfeel is a little rough. Burns a little on the finish. kind of an abrupt, rude finish.

22 oz. bottle acquired via trade with tennisjoel. Copper/rust colored pour with a fizzy white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, soap, and flowers. Belgian yeast flavor with a very subtle note of grassy hops. Drinkable but nothing spectacular.

Dark golden color, not much aroma. Standard Belgian taste to it, nothing special. Not a bad beer but not a great one in my opinion.
