Bomber from Lakeville Liqour: Pours a copper/amber with a large bubbly head. Aroma is initially fruit, plum & apricot, underlying toasty caramel malt and candy sugar.
Flavour is a little light for my taste though not too light. Sweet malt and a light spicy hop presence. Very clean finish.

Jul 19, 2008 Courtesy of CigarCityBrew. Pours hazy brownish copper/orange with bubbly tan head. The aroma is kind of tart with some apple fruitiness and sort of a cola soda note. The taste starts fruity sweet. That note is quickly consumed by tartness and finishes up with notes of roastiness and maybe some wheat.

Jul 16, 2008 Pours an amber color with a white head. Aroma is of toasted malts mostly with some fruits and caramel malts. Flavor is the same with little carbonation. Interesting but I would stick with true Belgians.

Jul 15, 2008 Bottle, courtesy sdeaf. Huge white head on a copper tea colored pour. Thick, foamy lacing. Nose is spicy, tangy, prominent Belgian feel. Pear and other fruits. Flavor is definitely down that same path, with spices, pears, zest, some distant hops, and a nice yeast tang in the finish. Smooth, decent body, light, drinkable, not that spicy in the finish. Enjoyed it.

Jul 9, 2008 Bottle courtesy CigarCityBrew. Pours a slightly hazy copper with a very large off-white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma of light fruit, pale malt, and spicy yeast. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium thin mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness and very high carbonation. Decent.

Jul 8, 2008 Some tripel spiciness with a lingering hop bitterness. Amber color and medium body. Medium head, less than most Belgian style beers.
