COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Flat Earth Pale Ale is a Belgian pale ale. Inspired by beers like Orval and Rare Vos. Made with imported Belgian malt and a Belgian yeast strain. Our Belgian pale ale has a sweet malt aroma with traces of orange, plum and pear. Its complex malt backbone of biscuit and hints of toast to compliment the spiciness of the yeast. We hope you enjoy the fresh "Belgian" beer.

Great beer the aromas are sweet with wisps of caramel and bread. Very pleasant aromas to a nice drinking beer. Amber in color, pours with a medium head that dissipates quickly with no lacing. Medium sweetness from the malt, almost no bitterness and zero sour taste but almost salty. Light body with a thin texture average to lively carbonation. Short finish. This is an easy drinking beer great taste, aroma and overall drink-ability.

Bottle from a trade with CLevar. Pours hazy dark burnt orange color with off white head. Fruity, Belgian yeast aroma with some caramel. Sweet fruity and doughy flavors with bubble gum and minimal hop bitterness. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Thanks Caleb.

Oh my first gusher. Quite the experience it was too. Popped the cap and out launched a foamy mass of beige foam leaving a nice sticky orange soda-like liquid all over my floor and cabinets. The aroma of this explosive beer is the traditional estery belgian yeast strain with notes of orange and slightly sour hints. Taste is relatively bland for a BPA. Some orange notes up front with a distant tart note. Medium mouthfeel with little carbonation, oddly enough. If the bottle hadn’t exploded, perhaps I would have given this a higher score.

Pour is clear dark orange with a soapy off white head that fades to nothing , but a thin collar. Aroma has some dark fruit bubblegum and some cinnamon and figs. Taste is bready and spicies with some fruit and bubblegum. Palate is thin and slick with a chaulky finish. Pretty nice.

Lovely estery nose, some cherry, bubblegum and honey. Clear light copper, sticky dense white head. Full bodied, strong yeast character with fruity notes and a long toasty biscuit finish. I forget who sent this to me, but thanks!

Thanks Caleb!

Aroma: Juicy fruit gum, light spice.

Taste: Big fruity notes up front, dry malt, and a sturdy amount of spicy hops in the finish.

Mouthfeel: Crisp, medium bodied.

Overall:Tasty, deceptive in size.

Growler @ Flat Earth. Orange appearance with an off white head. Great sweet Belgian ale nose with light hops. Sweet Belgian blonde ale flavor with a slight hoppiness but not really at all like a BPA. Sweet, light fruity finish.

650ml bottle with a daog eating a waffle on the label. Pours almost like an amber ale, it is a pale goldish/amber with a decent white head that quickly dissipates. The smell is pretty quirky. To me it smells like rotten banana flavored kefir and brie cheese. It is not what you usually get from brett or lacto, but it is something else weird. At any rate it kind of works. This one just tastes out there, like if you dipped bread in medicine and sprinkled some extremely herbal hops over it. The mouthfeel is a bit over carbonated in the mouth then it leaves a syrupy feeling the the back of the throat. Weird beer if it is supposed to be like this.
