Sample from growler shared by StFun @ Jackie O’s 5th anniversary party. Pours a dark brown color with no head at all. The aroma has a big dose of chocolate and cherries, some roast, but mainly more dessert like sweetness. The flavor has more chocolate up front with the cheery taking more of a back seat. Fairly smooth mouth feel. This was quite tasty considering the trip. I would love to be able to try this from the tap. Thanks Josh!

Growler shared by Josh, thanks! Poured near black with a purple hue and some bubbles but really no head to speak of. Aroma had a distinct note of slightly bitter maraschino cherries with backing rich dark chocolate and dark roasted malts. Flavor was similar with dark roasted malt and a dark bitter chocolate starting but a growing maraschino cherry note took over. A really interesting thick beer.

At the American Craft Beer Fest on tap, pour black with some red on the edges with thin tan head. Aroma is big chocolate cherry, with some roasted notes as well. Overall a hugely delicious, blended well, infused porter that tastes like an awesome cherry chocolate.

Growler. This infused shit is the shit. Not much to add to the other ratings, just like cherry fudge in a beer without any hint of being medicinal, artificial, cloying, etc. Just fun. And superbly drinkable.

Growler, huge thanks to dalzale! When I read the reviews for this beer, I know I had to have it. Pours brown with a thick tan head (and there were 2 whole cherries in the growler too). Aroma of chocolate and cherry just as the description says -- smells just like those fudge covered rainbow cookies. Flavor has a touch more cherry but still plenty of that fudgy base. What a great beer -- great blend of the fudge and cherry, they really mesh well together. Nice natural cherry flavors too. Overall, a very unique and tasty beer.

Growler, thanks to dalzale! Pours opaque blackened brown with a massive beige head. The first wave of aroma is chocolate, followed by the cherries. It sort of crystallizes into the chocolate-covered cherry cordials my family used to put out around Christmas time. Medium body, light carbonation. Just enough residual sugar for my sweet tooth without descending into a syrupy mess. The taste is sweet and absolutely dialed in to chocolate-covered cherry cordials with just a little coffee.

growler. thanks bitbucket and dalz! pours a beautiful deep muddy ebony. enormous surging dark tan head. comically billowy. very impressive head for a beer two weeks removed from the faucet. milk chocolate nose hits you from across the room. delectably desserty. creamy medium body with plenty of carb presence. deep chocolate and sweet candy cherry notes. awesome acridity balance from either patent malt or bitter chocolate, maybe both. beautifully conceived and executed.

Growler. Dark brown/black pour with a wonderful semi-sweet aroma of chocolate and cherry. Flavor is roasted malts, chocolate, vanilla and finished with lingering sweet cherry on the finish (similar to a cherry tootsie roll (but not too sweet)). Flat Earth has done a great job of creating another solid Cygnus infusion
