Commercial Description:
UFO experts claim that this element combined with another element make UFOs fly. A true American style beer made with lager yeast fermented at warmer ale temperatures gives this beer a slight fruity character yet remains crisp and refreshing. What kind of beer is it? It depends on whom you ask. Some will call it a West Coast lager, some a California Common and other still will say amber hybrid. We hopped this beer with four different west coast varieties of hops, Northern Brewer, Cluster, Simcoe and Mt. Hood.

HogTownHarrys bottle, shared with Harry, Paul and Jeff: Huge gushing bottle, took Harry a couple of mins to open with care. Poured with a HUGE head. Golden body with a (now small after the storm) white head. Some flecks of yeast (?) in there. Aroma: Sour and musty, some banana too. Flavour, bitter, carbonated, quite a sour finish, can’t say I like it.

Courtesy of ’who brought this beer?’. Pours copper with a bit of haze and thin off white head. The aroma is sweet with date sugariness, sugary crystal malts, a bit of caramel and faint cherry. The taste attacks you with carbonation bringing in some ‘off the mark’ tartness along with lemon too. Soon after a caramel and date note both rise up to add a sweet fruity sensation.

Bottle, courtesy still def. Pours a clear brownish copper color, with a giant foamy white head and huge lacing. Some bitter hops in the nose, caramel, toffee, butterscotch. Somewhat subdued, though. Flavor has a lot of malts, sweet caramel, butterscotch, brown sugar, some spices. Nice. Mouthfeel is great, carbonated and filling, very enjoyable.

Pours copper with a thin pinkish head. Smells of roses, some caramel, some citrus. Tastes sweet and malty with some decent biscuity touches on the finish.

Bottle courtesy tpd975. Pours a slightly hazy copper with a one finger off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, slightly nutty, and a hint of floral hops. Taste is the same as aroma with hints of toasted malt and tons of hops. Medium moutheel with a moderate amount of bitterness. Good.
