COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the Berliner Weisse style, this intensely sour wheat beer is a blend of two batches fermented in French Oak wine barrels. One fermented with the traditional Lactobicillus/Kolsch yeast blend, the other with 100% Brettanomyces. Aged on Oak for over 4 months prior to release. Served "mit schuss" with house made woodruff or huckleberry syrup, or "keine schuss" without syrup.

Tap multiple times at 16 Tons. Pale yellow pour with a big fluffy head. Big sour and funk aroma with wheat in there as well. Taste is nearly the most sour I’ve ever had, and out of such a low abv brew! Loved this one, hope they get another keg someday.

Tap @ Belmont Station during Puckerfest... Poured hazy pale, straw/yellow with a white head. Nose had tones ranging from a candied sweetness, to yeast spiciness, and lactic characters. The Brett came through in the flavor profile here. Super clean however. No off flavors here, and insanely sour. Light body, fairly dry, low carbonation. Zero bitterness, some grassy, herbal wheat/cereal flavors with a hint of citrus. Tart and refreshing with mild Brett funk and lactic acidity.
