COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Brewed in the Berliner Weisse style, this intensely sour wheat beer is a blend of two batches fermented in French Oak wine barrels. One fermented with the traditional Lactobicillus/Kolsch yeast blend, the other with 100% Brettanomyces. Aged on Oak for over 4 months prior to release. Served "mit schuss" with house made woodruff or huckleberry syrup, or "keine schuss" without syrup.
