On tap @ Provisions Market. Hazed yellow pour without much in the way of foam. Smells like cucumber... well, more like pickles, really. Apple, cider vinegar, slight salt, and some sweet cucumber. Lots of lemon, too. Decently sour, though not as much as Id expected given the aroma. Still, kind of a mix of citric and acetic acids, some cucumber, and grass. A bit of a slick mouthfeel.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours a very hazy perry color. Aroma is clearly cucumber. Near med body. Flavor is lightly sour, very cucumber. Quite refreshing.

Bottle:   Very pale straw, soft sudsy white head, little lacing, settles quickly.   Soft Cucumber nose, a little tart and grassy.   Tart on the tongue, cucumber, a little mealy but thats okay.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Dry finish, tart, cucumber, and some mealy wheatiness.   This was well done.   I really enjoyed it.

Bottle... Poured hazy, pale straw/yellow with a thick forming, fizzy white head. Dissipated almost immediately. Nose had vinegar soaked cucumbers, rice vinegar, cider vinegar. Taste wise, very similar to the nose. Cucumber salad is how I would describe it. Acidic tartness. Not too puckering. Sourness was right where it should be. Vegetables, earthy, grassy, some sweet wheaten malts. Dry, cucumber finish. If you love cucumbers, this is for you.
