Fermented in French Oak Pinot barrels. Spiced with rose hips, birch bark, coriander and sterling hops.

Tap at 16 Tons. Light yellow pour with massive pillowy white head. Pungent aroma of rose and coriander mainly with light yeast and wood. Light for a 7.5% beer with rose, pepper and coriander. Solid effort.

Tap @ Fifteenth Ave. Hophouse... Poured hazy, golden with a white head. Mild funk with loads of herbal floral qualities. Some wine-like yeast and oak. Clean and easy going finish. A little vinous with other light fruit esters, citrus, coriander, and a little but of malt grains for a touch of sweetness.
