COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This classic Northwest IPA is characterized by its BIG hop flavor. Chinook, Cascade, Willamette and Centennial hops are packed into the kettle to balance and compliment the Vienna and Munich malts that we use in the mash.

Murky gold with a quickly dissipating head. Big piny hop smell. Bitter front but mellows out real smooth. Light floral leftover taste is nice.

Bottle from bhensonb. Pours light amber with a rich white head and a citrus aroma. There is a medium-bodied pale malt flavor with a bitter hoppy finish.

651mL thanks to brainlair! Pours clear golden with moderate white foam. Nice lace. Nose is a bit wort oxidized with apple, juice box, browning apple slices. Taste is richer, thick butterscotch, richer citrus peel balance. Solid, but probably oxidized during wort transfer.

Flat Tail brewery, Draft: This is my favorite Flat Tail beer. Good color, strong hop aroma. Crisp. Very drinkable and safe...especially coming from Flat Tail which brews a LOT of different style of beers. You never know what you are going to get.

Cloudy apricot color. Foam is off-white and fairly persistent. Aroma is citrus and faint pine. Body is not light, but refreshing. A good IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Super clear, light orange and copper coloured body with a thin, half a centimetre tall just off-white head with almost no movement at all. Aroma of pine, light hops, resin, flowers and a hint of perfumey hops - not much malt or alcohol here at all. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong perfumey and floral hop flavours with not much malt, some light fruity sweetness and a subdued bitterness at the end. Aftertaste shows a little of the hops, but in an odd way - just perfume and flowers, some light malt and not much else - this was fairly weak. Overall, a very sub-standard IPA, especially by PNW standards! I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Whole Foods in Portland (Pearl), Oregon on 27-April-2013 for US$4.29 sampled at home in Washington on 04-September-2013.

Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours dark hazy gold with a slight creamy/bubbly white head. Aroma of slightly singed malt with a lot of nose pounding hop. Near full body. Flavor is making me think of a tripel hopped NW style. Iím imagining Belgian yeast/spice ester things. It is very smooth, but seems to have a hint of earth. And thereís a lot of hops of every sort of flavor. Complex flavor wise, but brilliant effing ale.
