COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The first of our brewmaster’s two proposal beers; this wild braggot is fermented with our house Brett strain, 100% local honey, a hint of blueberry, and a dash of 5-year-old stout from Corvallis Brewing Supply’s Joel Rae’s cellar. Light & leathery, tropical fruit on the nose leads to rich honeycomb & brittle flavors.

On draught at Flat Tail. Strong blueberry smell. Light and fruity yeast flavor, with a pleasing tickle on the finish.

Bottle:   Cloudy straw, slight orange hue, moderate sudsy white head, little lacing.   Tart wheaty nose, slight white wine, a little fruity, hard to pinpoint, but also lots of sweet tarts!   Barely tart on the tongue, not as bright or tart/sour and/or dry as the nose suggested.   All I get out of this one is faint tartness, with a bunch of sweet tart like powdery sugar sweetness.   Dangit!   Body and mouthfeel are average at best.   Smells interesting enough, a little fake, but comes across as way too light and not really sour at all.   No Pucker on this one!

Unicorn shitting rainbows? Sure! Lactic & sulfuric nose, weird but not awful. Soured grain, minimal fruity grapes, dry. Solid, if a bit strange.

Bomber at my place with Thomas Scott and Garrett. Pours a clear orange. Aroma of light sour, some raspberry, and white grape. Taste is white grape not tart, okay. Finish lasts and is okay. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber. Bright clear golden, thin white head. Clean lightly sweet and fruited nose with just a touch of Brett barnyardness. Blueberry, apple, touch of honey, vanilla. Light blueberry, hint of tartness, clean and light finish. Nothing really standout, but unique.

Soft funky honey and dusty soft floral fruitiness touch pear. Hazy golden pour big bubbles. Funky fruity floral honey. Definite brett poop and funk. Honey is there as well as apple and pear. Maybe vert light earthy blueberry. Bright carbonation. Interesting.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange with a thin film. Sweet aroma of honey, stone fruit, and Brett. Medium sweet and Bretty flavor. Light body, solid carbonation, thin-creamy-sticky texture, and a short yeasty finish. Enjoyable, but not dynamic.

On tap at flat tail - head that quickly dissipates. Floral nose. Sweet honey with hints of citrus and smooth finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
