COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian Saison. This Belgian yeast strain produces loads of fruity esters. Our light bodied seasonal ale is perfect for a day floating on the water.

Draft at brewery taproom. Pours hazy yellow/gold, thin white head, spotty lacing. Nose is Belgian yeast, banana, clove, and lemon. Some earthiness (hops?) apparent with further nosing also. Flavours are earthy citrus and more banana. Clean finish. Alright.

cloudy yellow color. Tons of grains of paradise and ainseed. A touch soapy and a bit cloying but not bad.

Draft at the rhino. Pours a clear pale yellow with a loose fizzy white head. Big sugary floral nose. Fizzy light body. Cloying sweet palate. Mild finish.

On tap at the Missoula brewpub. Pours light golden with a decent white head and a fruity aroma. There is a light carbonated caramel malt flavor with some peach and banana and a slightly sour finish. Not a bad saison.

Sample at brewery. hazy yellow gold, thin white head. Aroma of clove, wheat, gum, orange zest. taste is bready and spicey. Medium light body, high carbonation. Great beer.
