2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours pale yellow with plenty of white suds. Flavor is of bitter hops and not much else. Overall not bad, but also nothing special.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Flip top bottle and served in a pilsner glass: A clean straw hue topped by a frothy head and good lace. The aroma has notes of doughy and grainy malts, grassy Saaz hops, and a hint of acidity. The flavor has a nice sharpness and bitterness melted over a grainy malt base. The finish is short and mostly clean with just a bit of acidic nature to cleanse the palate. The mouth feel is carbonated just right for the body and style. I found this a refreshing bier and worth another try.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Light golden clear colour with a nice mostly lasting creamy head with nice lacing. Aroma of malts and hops. Flavor of nice hops with a good bitterness, some maltiness and some slight spiciness. The bitterness from the hops stays well in the finish. A quite tasty and refreshing German Pilsener.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Quite a bitter pils with a long hoppy aftertaste. Some underlying sweetness and a nice mouthfeel. Didn’t really find too much difference between this and Stauder. This was "marketed" to me as a mens beer because it’s so bitter. Well, it was bitter, but not that bitter.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a clear light pale gold color, quite effervescent, producing a quarter inch cap of white foam. Okay head retention, and good webby lacing at first, but this wanes as the liquid disappears. Sweetish malt and floral hops are noticeable in the aroma - not powerful, but not lacking either. The flavor is crisp, with a tasty drier malt that is not sweet at all. The hops are tangy with a lightly spicy floral character lending a pronounced bitterness in the finish.
Light to medium body, very clean with smooth fizzy bubbles providing a hint of a carbonation bite. A tasty and refreshing pils.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Golden colored, big white head. Lively carbonation. Nice saaz-bitterness, fruits and some lemon in aroma. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor has some rye tones with hoppy bitterness. Oily palate, softly crisp carbonation. Good pilsner.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Gold body, 1/2 inch white head. Aroma is very light, only this I could really catch was malt, and a bit of dough. Taste had a decent amount of hops for a pilsner, was a bit mettalic.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
In the 355 mL flip cap bottle from Cyclone Liquors. Pours a flaxen pale yellow with a white head that is thick and durable. This is a lovely pour. Strong aroma of straw- it smells like a German Pilsner should. The taste is fresh. Malty biscuit flavor at first, then a lemon tartness appears. Has a finishing lingering saaz hop bitterness. The big maltiness makes for a great beer. It might even have just a subtle touch of roastedness, thus adding to its complexities.I think this beer might be a touch underrated.
