Bottle. A little Weissbier from the North of Germany. Very treacly sweet aroma, fairly cloudy body, very light taste with a bubblegum feature and a spicy finish. Interesting little beer, it doesn’t taste too dissimilar from many average light and treacly English ales such as Fullers et al in my opinion, it certainly doesn’t taste like your average Weissbier! I really don’t get many of the characteristics of a Weissbier off of this at all. Would be a nice beer for someone in Germany longing for an English ale or someone into that style looking for an easy transition into the German beer market.

a basic but pleasant wheat beer. pretty much wheat and other grains predominate.

5.1% take out from the World Beer Museum. Quite a clear pour for a weizen. Nice fruity taste, possibly peach notes? The flavor is sweet & spicy with hints of bubblegum. A nice weizen.

Welch schwachsinnig dumpfes, wässriges und beinahe bitteres Weizenbier. Sicher, man kennt Flens und man kennt Hefeweizen. So bedient Flens seine Stereotypen und nicht die des Weizens. Schwach, ganz schwach.

Milky light golden colour with low head and thin body. Nose of light yeast. Taste of very mild yeast, hay, bananas and fruit salad. Very watery and thin taste experience, not really that nice, but easy to drink and it might be quite refreshing during summer.

Bottle at World of Beer SMU. Pours a cloudy golden color with a thin white top. Heavy taste of wheat, banana, clove, and coriander. Nicely carbonated.

Bottle 0,33l. Hazy golden color with a medium head. Sweet, banana, spices and citrus peel. Sweet, banana, citrus and malty taste. Light bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 33cl. Nice white layer, leaves a ring by the sides. Hazy yellow orange color. Not too much carbonation. Aroma is citrus, yeast and banana. Flavour is of same, but more wheat. Feels a bit unbalanced. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPad

33cl from Bon Voyage, Berlin. Pours slightly hazy golden with a diminishing white head. Slightly fruity aroma with banana, wheat and citrus. Slightly watery, but not so sweet. Moderate banana flavour and a quite acidic and somewhat dry finish. Not exciting, but quite refreshing.
